The Goereese Fish Weeks

The islanders are proud of their own fishing fleet, which arrives in Stellendam every Friday morning with freshly caught fish. During the month of Oktober, Goeree-Overflakkee is therefore all about locally caught delicacies from the North Sea. During the Goereese Fish Weeks, you can taste various types of fish in the most delicious dishes in restaurants all over the island. You can choose from a varied three-course menu for a fixed amount.
