Some beach clubs rent beds and organise all kinds of activities. Plop down, experience the holiday feeling and taste the sea.

Come surfing, sailing, kiting, foiling or supping. Space, wind and water abound on Goeree-Overflakkee.

Lifeguard North Sea beaches

The Ouddorpse reddingsbrigade offers help and protection to beachgoers and water sports enthusiasts. The rescue posts are located at the beach entrance at Westerduinpad 2 and at beach club Natural High. First-aid stations are integrated in these posts and an AED can be found. The lifeguard is active from April to September, even every day in July and August. The following beaches are structurally monitored: Oosterduinpad, Westerduinpad, Westerweg, Trailerhelling, Brouwersdamduinpad, De Kous (near strandpaviljoen Brouw).

    Goeree-Overflakkee is the place for those in the mood for action. Kitebuggy, blokarting, beach sailing or kite flying? It's all possible here. Most beach activities can be found at Brouwersdam. Here, there is plenty of space, a nice breeze and professional providers who will explain everything to you.

    Want to experience the beach in a different way? Around the beach there are all kinds of great cycling and walking routes. Explore the dunes or the beautiful nature reserves along the coast.

  • Campers

    Day at Brouwersdam with your campervan. Find a nice spot, put out your awning and put up your chairs. Breathe in the sea air and watch kite surfers and windsurfers stunt on the waves. In between, cycle into the dunes or walk on the beach. Have lunch in your own fridge or at one of the beach pavilions. You can stay from sunrise to sunset; overnight camping is not allowed on the Brouwersdam. But there are plenty of great camper van sites to be found.
