This year, Diez Siglos, Precioso Verdejo has been named Goeree Fish Wine 2026.
Fish has to swim, which is why this year, for the first time, we set out to find a wine that perfectly matches all that goodness from the sea.
Diez Siglos, Precioso Verdejo
The Diez Siglos, Precioso Verdejo is a crisp, fresh and aromatic Spanish white wine from Bodega Diez Siglos (D.O. Rueda). The wine has a bright straw-yellow colour with golden hues. On the nose, it is expressive, with aromas of tropical fruit, pineapple, peach, green apple, citrus and a subtle hint of fresh grass. On the palate, you’ll taste white fruit, balanced acidity and a juicy body that leads to a long, refreshing finish with the characteristic mild spiciness of the Verdejo grape. The wine is the perfect accompaniment to a variety of light dishes and seafood.
