Following Ocobar’s previous successful theatre programmes centred on the music of Eric Clapton, it is now truly time for the very best… the BEST OF CLAPTON, Ocobar’s latest theatre concert bringing together all of Clapton’s musical highlights.

From his early years with the Yardbirds; through the raw, rousing blues of CREAM to Clapton’s later years with the big hits and, of course, the famous MTV Unplugged concert.

Songs such as ‘Layla’, ‘I Shot the Sheriff’, ‘Wonderful Tonight’, ‘Sunshine of Your Love’, ‘Forever Man’, ‘Lay Down Sally’, ‘Tears in Heaven’ and ‘After Midnight’ – they’re all featured.

Bart Wijtman, the bassist with Ocobar, handles all the vocals; his brother Rob Wijtman plays the drums; and Cok van Vuuren, who has been nominated several times as best guitarist of

The Netherlands plays the guitar.
