Parent phone

The Oudertelefoon is available to every parent and parent educator via telephone and chat. You can talk to them about anything you encounter in your parenting, family situation and as a parent educator. They don't think anything is crazy, weird, too big or too small. You may call them if you have questions, concerns, doubts, problems or just to spar. The volunteers are trained professionals who listen to you without judgement. They do not give ready-made tips or advice, but ask the right questions to find out what is bothering you, and how you can get closer to a desired situation. They start from your experience and knowledge. After all, as an educator, you know your own situation best. They are happy to help you look at it with fresh eyes.
