The Dream Rhythm Method focuses on sleeping without crying. With a holistic and loving approach, it looks at all themes surrounding sleep. You can think of restlessness, being overexcited, attachment, nutrition, sleep environment, birth and your child's development. After all these factors have been identified, a personal sleep plan is written for each child and family to improve sleep in a responsive and sensitive way. With this plan, parents can later become their own sleep coach for their child with all the knowledge, tips and tricks. In doing so, parents and child are coached on their way to dreamland.
