Vincent Munier is lonely at the top internationally as a nature photographer, having made a second film after the acclaimed The Velvet Queen. This time, he stays much closer to home, heading into the vast forests of the Vosges Mountains with his father and son. Between lynx, bears and deer, Munier captures the poetry and silence of the forest in a visually breathtaking portrait of the bond between father, son and nature, in which Munier's love of the wilderness and his family come together in a quiet, moving ode to life in the woods.

The film is made in such a way that you imagine yourself part of this threesome, watching nature through their eyes. This makes it very personal and intimate.
