Day workshop: Sunset & Planning

Do you also so enjoy the beautiful light at sunset? Do you also love those mornings where the mist lies like a blanket over the land? While others always seem to be in the right place at exactly the right time, you just can't seem to catch those moments. And when you do get there, you never manage to capture it as beautifully as those beautiful pictures you see from others.

If so, now is the time to change this!

During the Sunset & Planning workshop, you will learn from Louise Poortvliet how to predict such moments and how you too can create those beautiful images.

And when you do get there, you never manage to capture it as beautifully as those beautiful pictures you see from others.

If so, now is the time to change this!

During the Sunset & Planning workshop, you will learn from Louise Poortvliet how to predict such moments and how you too can create those beautiful images.

Renowned nature and landscape photographers use all kinds of weather apps, the tides and apps to predict the position of the sun (and moon!). The important thing is how to interpret and combine this information to take your dream photo of a beautiful sunrise or sunset at your favourite location.

Besides the right timing, during this workshop we will also work with grey (gradient) filters. This will also help you create those beautiful, dreamy images. Don't have your own grey filters? During the workshop, a number of professional Benro filter sets will be available for you to use. So you can get a taste of this way of photographing, after we have also covered the theory of it.

Would you like to use the loan filters? Please indicate this in your booking. Do you have your own grey filters but are not sure how to make the most of them? Then bring them along so you can learn how to use them straight away.

The workshop starts with part theory and after a dinner at PiXLIfe, you will get to work in practice.
