Seal Experience

Nature guides from Natuurmonumenten take you on a walk through the Kwade Hoek Hoek nature reserve to see the seals in their natural habitat. Whether that succeeds remains to be seen...then the Experience continues at A Seal, the shelter in Stellendam. This is where seals in need of help stay. A volunteer explains what is involved in caring for a sick seal. After the tour, the children can discover all sorts of things in the visitor centre and have fun playing in the seal hospital.

• Bring your binoculars if you have them!
• Price includes visit to A Seal
• Bring something to eat and drink
• Dogs are not allowed
• Put on good high, waterproof shoes or boots
• Always check yourself for ticks after visiting nature
• You can park for free at both locations
• The excursion may be cancelled in case of extreme weather conditions and/or too few registrations
• By taking part, you’ll be supporting the seal sanctuary and nature conservation in the region.
