Covered wagon trip on Tiengemeten

This outing starts with the ferry crossing to Tiengemeten: a real day out. You gather for the covered wagon ride at the visitor centre on the island. In the hour-and-a-half trip, we take you through the unique nature of the island: the domain of countless birds. You are also sure to see Scottish highlanders and, if you are lucky, even a roe deer. During the trip in the covered wagon, the historic farmhouses are also beautiful to see. An island full of history with great anecdotes! We make stops along the way, so you can get out of the covered wagon to stretch your legs or take a photo.
